Be part of the installation team that for Renewal by Andersen windows in our Eastern Iowa territory.
We are growing at a sustained 20%+ growth per year and need more lead installers to help keep up with demand as homeowners are staying in their existing home and improving the home they love instead.
Job Details
Our ideal candidate would have: - 3+ years of experience installing windows and doors, or a similar length of time installing kitchen cabinets and/or trim work. - A proven track record of exceptional workmanship. - High School diploma or GED. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Willing to undergo a background check and random drug screening. We provide the box truck, Tapco brake and power tools you would need for all jobs. Some jobs require access to the windows using one of our company owned boom lifts. All days start and end at our office/warehouse in Dubuque, but we travel to Cedar Rapids and Iowa City area for installations at homes as well. You would be paid for the time to drive to and from these jobs. Our turnover is low but our growth is high, so we are offering long term employment for the right team members.
