I had 7 new windows installed in my home. They are terrible they leak and not sealed properly. I've called the warranty department and I keep getting a run around. They get so much condensation build up. My old windows worked better than what I have now. They have came out 3 times and still haven't fixed the problem. They don't hold true on there warranty. I have water damage from them leaking. I'm now taking this matter to arbitration.

Not sure how the 5 star reviews I see here are accurate or justified, other than the customer just not being aware of inherent properties of windows/doors, their materials & functionality. 1- the cost of these windows is an astronomical rip off, in no way justifiable, since you can get other nearly identical windows for much less money. 2- their window frames might be 'special' however, if an install is done correctly, there won't ever be an issue with a vinyl frame. 3- I have been on job sites while some of these guys are installing.. windows measured & ordered wrong & instead of reordering correct size or making appropriate structural changes, they cut out bearing header support & used a trim board to support the ends of the header.. this particular header spanned around 8' & was holding about 20' tributary roof load.. that's alot of weight for inadequate structural support. All this to say, don't fall for their false advertising & marketing schemes. No doubt, they'll reply to this review with their 'stellar' sales pitch, saying how they're the best & no other can compare. Absolutely ridiculous hogwash.. Fact is, you can find other REPUTABLE contractors that will do the job PROPERLY, at 1/2 the cost.. & you'll never regret it. Don't fall for the ridiculously overplayed scammy marketing. Do your research folks.

A solid local installer that replaced an exterior door for us in Fairbanks. We had issues with the door after installation and they are taking good care of us. Tierra gave us great customer service. Prices are on the higher side. 4.5 stars

From North Pole Alaska, Ive made the mistake of not listening to the bad reviews, as a young couple we wanted the best for our new home. We paid 80% of the ridiculous cost for these windows. They wanted $40,000 for 6 windows and one door. They ended up doing it for $30,000... Brian the sells person seen the need for our windows, and said "getting new windows for our house was nessasary not just a nicety" installation was set for August, they did all the windows but couldnt do the door because it came in damaged, long story short we have been strug along all winter with a very terrible door leaking air, and honestly the quality of work on the window was hardly professional, ive already called them on 1 warranty issues and the dude discovered 2 more issues...i will post pics later. Was rescheduled from Aug to December, then again from December to march. Now two days before the March installation i get a call to reschedule to the end of april... so much more can be said!! Dont waste your time with this company.

Brian arrived on time and was professional in taking measurements for our new window and door. We're looking forward to the install this summer.
