Caden came to address an issue with our windows. He was very knowledgeable, explained our issue well and took pictures to request replacement of windows we are having issues with.

This review is on the installer for Renewal by Anderson Lexington KY. Brandon Shake was the installer for our project. He was professional, extremely knowledgable and was definitely looking out for the best interest of the customer. The process of ordering and scheduling installation of the windows was difficult. Andersen did see the project through to the end and we are pleased with the windows. Because of Brandon's professionalism and excellent work we may consider using them again.

All staff that was involved were great from sales to install. Communication was dead on you ask a question to any of the team members you always get the most out of them. The installation crew Nathan and Hyines were great, they take pride in their work and the finished products show. All team members were friendly , professional and great my house as they were working on their own. I would recommend this crew and company. Will be using them again when I am ready to replace windows and a couple more doors. Well worth the money spent (you get what you pay for)

Scott and Justin were great! They were friendly and worked quickly. They also went above and beyond noticing a problem we had that wasn’t on our work ordered and addressed it while they were here already.

Great people to work with and great products. I’m super pleased with this company and their products. The installers I had were Oscar and Rome. They were certainly professional and knew exactly what to do. Will purchase again the next time I need windows!

Much needed window replacement. Husband couldn’t understand why I insisted on Renewal by Anderson, but after today, he does. Their windows show outstanding workmanship and our installation team of Brandon and Levi were outstanding. Highest recommendations for the company and our installation team.

Brandon and Levi installed our new windows today. We are so pleased with the windows and the installation job they did. Both were super nice and did an excellent job. They explained the process to us and answered all our questions. They did a great job of cleaning up. Very pleased with Brandon and Levi!

From the very beginning of this project it has been smooth sailing. Jared are sales consultant was very informative. Jamie kept us up to date with information regarding the project from scheduling to installation. Finally, the installation crew Nathan, Heinz & Levi were all so polite and did an amazing job. Would recommend all of this group to anyone interested in replacing the windows or doors/
