These guys know their stuff. They came to exchange a damaged sliding glass panel with a brand new replacement. They arrived when expected and swapped out those panels in no time. It’s a pleasure doing business with a company and employees who keep their word and follow through by cleaning up after themselves. Very efficient and courteous. No regrets.

I had 8 windows and 2 entry door replaced. My old windows were single pane and my old doors were thin uninsulated wood with single pane windows. The installation crew consisted of skilled people who did a great job. On hot days I noticed that the house remained cooler than it had in the past, however, on very cold nights and days, it seems that it still takes the same heating effort to warm up the house. A very noticeable change is that outside sounds are considerably quieter inside the house now. Things to note if you are considering these products. First, take advantage of all the discounts you can get. Second, be aware that these doors and windows have a "plastic" look. As with any contract work, there are bound to be some unintended consequences. In this case, due to stress around the window frames, I have some cracked sheet-rock and siding, but it's minor.

Alex provide a great service in repairing the door, lock and stripping and rear lock. You carefully explain what was needed to be done and provided the materials needed to get the job done. He was helpful that he was open to all questions I asked about it and was very professional and Cordial in his demeanor. The service he provided help me in a better idea and appreciation of renewal by Anderson overall I give him an excellent rating.
